FOCUSED ON SUPERIOR
Retaining the hauling business of refrigerated and frozen food industry leaders like Kraft Foods, Sara Lee, Farmland and Hormel requires a level of service that can only be achieved with a concentrated focus on the core business.
Founder and CEO, Murry Fitzer understands, "Our focus has to include a determination to meet stringent delivery schedules as well as meticulously maintaining the precise temperature the customer demands inside the trailer shipping his product.”
To achieve this goal, Florilli leverages the latest innovation in its 220 truck fleet:
- 110 2012 Freightliner Cascadias tractors
- 70 2013 Peterbilt 386’s tractors
- 20 2013 International ProStars tractors
- 20 2007 Peterbilt 379’s tractors
- 300 53' Utility trailers with refrigeration units
Florilli currently provides service out of the upper Midwestern states like Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and eastern Nebraska. Those movements are in traffic lanes to eastern Pennsylvania, Georgia, northern Texas and California. Return freight is then brought back to the upper Midwest to get the equipment positioned for our key customers’ next outbound moves.
For 25 years, Florilli has appreciated the career choice over the road drivers make. We know that without safe and professional drivers we wouldn’t be the company we are today. Those that join us in serving the refrigerated market are rewarded with the safest, most technologically advanced equipment as well as top pay and benefits in the industry.
