Orientation is held on Monday and Tuesday at the Clarion Hotel in Davenport, IA. The hotel is located off I-80 exit 295 on Brady Street. On Tuesday afternoons, qualified drivers are taken to the terminal to meet fleet manager and get tractor assignments as well as their first dispatch.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CDL for tractor/trailer - hazmat not required
Drivers need to be at least 23 years of age
Minimum 12 months recent verifiable OTR experience
No OWI/DUI in the past 3 years - No drug related charges
No positive or refusal to take a drug or alcohol test ever
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years
No Major Accidents
No suspensions or revocations for moving citations in the past 3 years
No more than 3 moving citations in the past 3 years
No major felonies
